In this episode, I chat with Dieter Kurtenbach about the top 25 players in the NBA still aged 23-and-under. First though, we chat about the Lakers tampering charges from the Pacers. Is there any chance something comes of this? Is it silly? Should tampering matter?

Then the meat of the podcast, where Dieter and I chat about the top-25 players in the NBA 23-and-under. The criteria: any player who has been drafted into the NBA born with a 1994 birthdate or later (sorry, Anthony Davis, Bradley Beal, Otto Porter, Buddy Hield, etc.). It's a mix of trade value, my opinion, the marketplace's opinion, and various other factors. We break down the list from 25 to 13 here, including some of the omissions and some of the tougher choices. Here are the players broken down:

25. Jaylen Brown; 24. Malik Monk; 23. Jusuf Nurkic; 22. Aaron Gordon; 21. Gary Harris; 20. Jonathan Isaac; 19. Jamal Murray; 18. De'Aaron Fox; 17. Dennis Smith Jr.; 16. Brandon Ingram; 15. Jabari Parker; 14. D'Angelo Russell; 13. Lonzo Ball
