In this episode, Cole Zwicker is here and we break down some early thoughts on the 2020 NBA Draft. Why this draft is still totally wide open. Then, we jump into breaking down LaMelo Ball's start in the NBL and the hype that it's generated already. Where are we on this? What do we think of Melo as a prospect?
Then, we move on to Cole Anthony, and why we're super, super high on him. We then jump into Anthony Edwards and James Wiseman, and why they're both upper-echelon prospects.
Then, the rest of the podcast is breaking down the other point guards who will be eligible for the 2020 NBA Draft. Who are the names you need to know? Also: why this is a particularly strong lead guard group.
In this episode, it's the first one with me as a married podcaster. Dieter joins, discusses the wedding, then we move onto a few different topics. First, we discuss the FIBA World Cup from the US perspective. Why it really doesn't matter, and why I just couldn't really get myself to care about any of it.
Then, we move to the California bill. Tim Tebow went on TV and showed his ass to everyone, which we discuss in detail. Then, we go into the California bill, discuss why it matters, why it might not really actually change anything for the NCAA, but why it's overall good.
Finally, we talk about Caris LeVert's extension, Eric Gordon's extension, and the audacity of hope within trainer workout videos of NBA players. Oh, and we talk about a bunch of movies.
In this episode, I chat with Cole Zwicker, where we run through our yearly tradition, where we break down our top-25 players who are 23 or younger in the NBA. As usual, the rules are simple: any player born in 1996 or later in eligible that is currently in the NBA. We break them down based off of what their future value to the NBA is, not necessarily what their current standing league-wide is.
In this one, we run through the nine players ranked in the top-eight.
